reflowing double sided SMT | 14 September, 1999

I'm looking for some good articles on reflowing of double sided SMT boards. I'd like to come up with a process for low volume prototyping, but need to understand the do's and don'ts.

I run 2 sided often and usually just profile the second pass. You want to assemble the side with the lower mass first. The surface tension will hold components on. Hope this helps

I hope than you help me whit this question

How I calibrated the air for the reflow oven, because I have component missing in my firts reflow for this? | |
