Hello hhel,

my name is Marvin and I am an applications/service engineer with Saki America. I would like to know if you are still having a problem with your BF1 frontier. Our office is located in Fremont California. If you are near the area maybe I can stop by.

Regards,

SAKI AOI MACHINE PROBLEM | 12 October, 2015

Hi nhel,

if you're talking about software back up. it's quite easy. normally when you're system are set by the SAKI tech, they will create a back up of the saki software. this is their standart procedure. mine were located on the My document. he put it under saki folder. the folder name include the software version and the date it was back up. first you delete all your current file in the drive c (dont forget to back it up first, just in case it wont work). and then copy the previous back up one, and paste it to the folder on drive C:. your SAKI will be back to work based on the back up date performance. means all your costumize parameter might be lost, and you must re-do.

SAKI have the step by step document on how to do this, but i lost my copy.

hope this will help.
