FCM Base II - option PUSHUP - OFF | 5 March, 2012

I have a machine FCM Base II FCM II feeders are electric. By default, the manufacturer's option pushup is disabled. It can not be incorporated in any way. I need to use it. Can you turn it on in the configuration files? Do you have access to the FCM administrative access rights to the producer or manufacturer? (no maintenans) It is very important to me

The difference between FCM I and FCM II is not only the use of pusher. The vacuum calibration pads are also in different locations - in front in case of FCM I and in the rear for FCM II. Also the pick positions (coordinates) as well as location numbering is different. You can sure define and FCM II as FCM I but the vacuum calibration and pick locations will be changed. If you want to change an FCM II to FCM I, reinstall the software and define Base I instead of Base II.

Thank you for your response. I did this: I changed the whole machine FCM and the FCM II, as you write me everything changed. Programmed new EPROM, etc. FCM machine and it works perfectly as FCM II. Only now I've changed the option to push mechanically. I would like the option to handle your software. I asked Asembleon Can I change the configuration files. I received a reply that did not. This option is for the FCM II permanently disabled and can not be included in the program and can not be changed. But I have doubts whether this is so.

Their reply is correct. In FCM II and FCM Multiflex there is NO possibility to enable the pusher.
