I have humming noise comming from my Z axis motor for a while now. It faults out every so often, but not enough to stop production. I even can hear it while machine is in normal production mode. I have replaced the z servo amp. It did not help any. Only other thing I can think of is the motor. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

I am experiencing the same problem just now on one of my FCP643 machine only when I change program and the machine moves to load position to clamp the board, as soon as I get to the bottom of this I will let you know.I suspect its the Z-AXIS loader calibration or the Servo needs to be retuned
