Wave soldering | 9 December, 2005

Does anyone know of literature available for newcomers to the wave soldering process? We are trying to teach some greenhorns on wave soldering, but we also would like to give them something to read up on. We are soldering very thick boards (32 layers)and flex that is very thin, too. The "teacher" can't be with these people every minute and it would be helpful to have something as a basic guideline they could use.
