I am looking for a good manual stencil printer for low volume production runs. Looking at placing 0402s and 15mil parts. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I'd say Elite is about the best.

i would look at an SPM from MPM(speedline) or an SP200 from Europlacer (speedprint not speedline) We have used both of these machines with great success from 16mil pitch qfps to .5mm pitch uBGAs.

We have an SPM with manual vision. Its the best manual printer we have ever had. I believe you can get one used for around 10K. If you buy a realy old one, make sure it has the air table lock!!! I think they only made a few that didnt.
