we are manufacturer of molded type transformer and we soldered are units using wave soldering machine and then we washed the units to remove flux residue. what materials or any process for us to eliminate the process of washing after wave soldering.

A little more information on your current wavesoldering process would be helpful in helping you. Information like what kind of flux your are using,how you are applying the flux,what preheat temps you are using,and your conveyor speed. Without knowing any of this I can say try using a no-clean flux. If you are using a no-clean flux then either your preheat temps are not high enough to remove the residue or you are applying too much flux compared to your preheat temperatures.
