Remember, put it as part of the purchase order, then if it doesn't perform you have a legal base from where to start holding back payment unitl issues are resolved.

Also, consider doing an acceptance run at the equipment manufacturer's facility, before it comes to yours, to ensure it works to your requirements and to verify any performance claims made by the equipment mfr.
