We do face problem in CP643E, - Vision system alarm & later machine require to turn off. This problem ocurrs once in a week ( average ) Checked up Fuji along with trace data but could not able to get any solotion. Any recommondation. ajay doshi

We had similar problem, the root cause was that the cooling fans on the VME rack were not working and the vision card hangs up if the temperature is too high. Also check the power supplies, we had also a problem that the filter condensator inside the power supply was broken, and there were some strange noise (peaks) on the DC voltage. Use oscilloscope to check. please reply what was the root cause. I am curious :)

Thanks, I will check & update. Checked Fan it is working fine. In this problem after power turn off if we start again their is no problem. Some time this problem occure at the start of day also ( no night shift production ) ajay

Machine stop ramdonly. No error code if try to reset error it show T , turn power off. then turn off power . start again. set cam angle manually to origion & start. thanks ajay
