Ok here's one for ya. We have a DEK 260 with a Cyberbectic vision system, 1 of about only 50 made as told to me by a DEK service Tech. So if anyone has operated one of the other 49 you may be able to help. The Service techs at DEK are not familiar enough with this vision system to offer any help since so few were ever out there. It gives us an error "Model to close to edge" during the calibration procedure in the setup. Can anyone explain what is going on that it gives this error. We have adjusted the brightness, moved the camera and focused the camera and nothing really seems to be consistanly working. The problem will go away it just sometimes takes a few trys and other times it takes quite a while. Any help or thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

hmmmmm..... dek doesnt have the tech support to fix a problem on a printer they have sold......hmmmmmm........reckin i will be staying away from their printers......

Check when you set up the board that it is positioned in the centre of the table. When the calibration is carried out the table drives away and then returns to capture the fiducial, if there is not enough travel left in the actuators then this is the message you will get.
