I'm trying to find a procedure for smt handplacements& the best way to minimize the handplacments before the reflow process.Any steps should be taken ??

Do you have influence on the design process ? Avoid components you are not able to assemble in certain $-limits.

A way to put delicate parts on the pcb that your P�n�P isn�t able to place is to add an SMD-manipulator used for manual assembly between P`n`P and reflow mounted to a conveyerelement with stop-function. Most of the time I see operators putting odd components with tweezers on the boards but I�m not sure that I can recommend that in general.

I don,t speak english very well but I,m trying to give my opinion. I have the same problem but with the conecctor, because I have an IP-II and it hasn,t nozzle origin, I think if "I have an IP-III; I can correct this problem" I think maybe we need to find the apropiate equipment. does your equipment have the capability to P'n'P thats component?
