If you have never calibrated a Fuji IP machine before I would highly recommend getting Fuji, or an independent contractor to do this. Even with the instructions there are a few tricky parts.

I agree with jdengler. It is very hard if you never done before and for sure will not work 100% after.

Thanks for the advice folks, but we only have one Fuji Engineer in Australia, and he is in Asia for training. I haven't looked at the machine yet, but am told it is misplacing small parts. It may only be the camera that needs calibrating, but I won't know till I get there and see for myself what is happening.

If instructions are available, I would really appreciate it if someone could send me a copy.

Contact Gerald Koh. He will get you the calibration manual. If you have been on Fuji calibration courses you will be ok. If not, forget it. Wait until Shing returns from overseas.

Temporary you can solve by change in NC cordinate & diffenece in corrdinate should be equal to compoonent shift happening. ( Pl. make no change in fuducialc lines )

The only time I have seen any Fuji IP need calibration is if you have had a serious crash, or if an axis or camera has been removed. Make sure you don't have something else going on.

For instance check these things: 1.Check nozzle vacuum

2.Make sure all parts are off consistently...I.E. make sure its not a package or programming problem.

3.Replace camera bulbs

4.Make sure you have board supports installed.

5.Make sure board clamper is working properly.
