I would like to know if anyone has a generic Temp. chart for SMT components. I need to know the Max. temp. parts can withstand while going through the reflow or wave operations.

IPC 782 has some info in it by package type. This is usually dictated by each component manufacturer. All SMT parts should be able to withstand 220 C for at least 60 sec.
