Got a customer looking for Laser Depanelization equipment and or someone within the NewEngland area that will perform that service. Any suggestions?

I have also requirements for this machine. I was able to evaluate some of these machines but the result was not ok. It burn the PCB especially if you have 5mm thick PCB. If you can find one that doesn�t burn PCB please let me know as I am also interested.

I think you would be better off designing routing slots into your panel and then use a high speed router to cut out the PCBs. PMJ Automec/Cencorp make such equipment (I used to work for them) but have no affiliation to them anymore. Alot of people worry about the dust, but the extraction systems take care of that.
