We currently are supplied parts that are moisture sensitive that have high MOQ's even though product volumes are low. These devices are heat sealed by the manufacturer but we have no method to re-seal the packaging to protect the remaning items from moisture ingress. Can anyone recommend a re-sealing system?

Hello,

Try Ameri-Vac at 619-498-8227. I have looked at several systems an found they have good price-to-performance systems.

You could try the manual impulse sealer machine and purge with Nitrogen gas if feasible. The price tag is less than 100.00

Hi,

You might find you also need an oven & dessicant for the re-sealing & re-baking process.

We found a couple of second hand Gallenkamp ovens (appear to be well made) & a Komet 20 vaccuum sealer for this.

Also those natty little cards that change colour with moisture are helpful.

Cheers,

Rob.
