Hi to All Respected Members, I have Some Manufacturing related quaries so hope i will get a good response of my following question:- 1. What is a manufacturing resource planning? 2. what is meant by TOC? 3. what do you mean by lead time? 4. what is backup time?

Q2. What is meant by TOC? A2: Tough to say, �Theory of Constraints�, maybe. If so, look here: http://www.goldratt.com/

Q3. What do you mean by lead time? A3: The amount of time between the placing of an order and the receipt of the goods ordered. Or the time required by one task before another task can begin. Or Lead-time is the time between the decision to start a project and the completion of the work.

Q4. What is backup time? A4: The time backup starts. Or the amount of time between starting and completing a backup.
