Max and Min nozzle settings on CP7

Wondering if there any CP7/F4G programmers out there that can help me out with this one.

I'm assuming the setting for max and min nozzle in the "environment" section of the part data would allow me to use either the specified max OR min nozzle in the holder on the machine. However, when I tried it, it didn't seem to work, and the machine continued to just use the specified max nozzle size. Wondering if anyone knows the trick to use this function. Would much appreciate your response.

Our Fuji dealer in the area doesn't seem to know either.

Thanks a lot, Charles

Two ways at it.You could just put the same nozzle for both the min and max.Or you could move the feeder into a location that has similar parts using the nozzle you want.

With the feeder setup it should be optimized for the least amount of nozzle changes with the min and max options you give it.If that helps.

If the CP7 is like the CP643, it defaults to the MAX size unless that nozzle is skipped. Then it would switch to the next smaller nozzle on that head.
