Regardless, the parts are most likely stocked only in the U.K. Your machine was orginally manufactured in the U.K. by a British company called SMTech. SMTech was purchased by Quad and then sold to Speedline Technologies- MPM. However, depending on the mfg. date, it may have a Speedline Technologies- MPM tag. The AVX-500 was renamed the UltraPrint 500 by MPM. MPM was supplying Quad then to Tyco, UP500 machines and they would put the Quad and AVX-500 decals on the machines. They were doing this up until 2001 I believe. Check the back left hand side for a black Speedline Technologies- MPM label. If it has one, you can get parts from them, 1-800-737-8110 or http://www.speedlineonline.com
