Thanks for the info Dave.

Yes it is too bad on the solder connection appearance discussion. I figured that posting would spark a flurry of responses. Don't take me the wrong way I am aware of your credentials, I just wanted to point out what my experience has been as a process tech for the last several years. One of my main responsibilities has been working with oven profiling and paste evaluations. I have had the opportunity to work with design engineers from BTU,Electrovert, and chemist from top paste manufacturers. It would be interesting to see what others had to say.
