I have a connector which has very weak joints. Solder fractures easily. On inspection the solder is very grainy and full of voids. Process is 63/37 no clean. Any thoughts?

Doesn't sound good.

Is it only the connector that solders poorly? Tell us more about the solder, solder fracture, connector pins involved, and what not. Good any nice picture?
