hi, When I start a MPA-80 ( NM 2529T ) I have a 4600 error, ( 1 block stop ) , I check the covers and the pressure : all ok. I monitor the head I/O address 012 and the relative bit 6 is responding when I open the covers. All seem ok BUT the error message remains. Can anyone help me to find where is the problem ? Thanks

It can be wrong pressure sensor switch setting,malfunction or low incoming air pressure.If incoming air pressure below the setting limit then 1 block stop message will display on screen.

This is really taxing my memory banks but I would suggest you focus on axis limits. Bring the placement head to the middle of the worknest, insure the H-axis is in the middle of it's travel, move the U-Axis to the middle of the feeder banks, check the W-Axis that it isn't hitting a limit....basically make sure nothing is at a limit. Power on the machine and see if that solves it. Another thing that can cause this is a corrupted NC program. Try loading another one and see what happens.

The 1block switch in front,rear & air down sensor are connected in series. Another suggestion is to initialise the setting.Make sure you have a copy of the initial data before doing it. Tell us what is your finding.Maybe you already have a solution.
