help on cyberoptics calibration

Does anybody have the measurements for the dimensions of the CyberSentry fiducial calibration board. This is a board used to set the machine up if paramter files are lost. Our board has gone missing and cyber optics has a long lead time. We can easily make one if someone knows the dimensions.
