Anyone reviewed Cost of SMT Quality Model?

I am just curious if anyone has read the Cost of SMT Quality article by Joe Vilella (CEO of Vectron) in the April 1 issue of Electronic Business magazine http://www.eb-mag.com (You can obtain the model from Joe at joev@vectroninc.com) I have reviewed it and it looks strong to me, from a financial and quality perspective, but I am not real strong in SMT manufacturing operations, so I am interested in hearing from people who are.
