Kyzen vs Zestron - Which is better?

Kyzen vs Zestron - Which is better? | 1 August, 2002

We've been running Kyzen XJN+ with our new Westek Trek IV cleaner for months and have had few problems with ionic contamination. Prior to that we've used Kyzen products forever. Recently a Zestron rep did a sales pitch claiming a 50% savings if we switched to Zestron Vigon A200. Does this sound right? Sounds like everyone would be using Vigon if it were that simple. Please comment. Thanks in advance.

Don't know about the savings over Kyzen, but from my experience Zestron Vigon A200 at 12% concentration in the wash tank delivered excellent cleaning results- even on some NC fluxed paste. Maybe its a price issue?

If I'm not mistaken, XJN is an inorganic highly ionic saponifier. If not completely rinsed off, I would expect that you would get ionic residue.
