Here our senerio: * There are no funds for additional test equipment. * Have only Delta Scan results, that are very limited. * Failuer of Delta Scan, PCB goes to vendor for X-ray analysis.

Do you have a similar process and do you do anything different?

DeltaScan, a Teradyne fixture-less tester coarsely comparable to HP TestJet, eh? Er, wazzat what Milo [contact programmer at CTU on 24] used to hack into the key card that Richard Walsh [CTU honcho shot dead at Dupont plaza] gave to Jack [this is going to be the longest day of my life] Bauer after Jamie [the dead rat] putzed around with it forever? Naw, I think he used an s-loop.

We use no DeltaScan, generally don�t other ATE; just MDA, functional, box build, and then xray when necessary.
