Forced Air Convection Ovens

We are currently in the process of analyzing Forced Air Convection Oven systems. The systems in the running are the Electrovert, Vitronics, Conceptronics, and Seho. Service is a big requirement for us. Our plant locations are in Dublin, Ireland and Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Naturally everyone claims to have outstanding service, but I'd like to hear from the actual users what they feel. Does anyone out there have any comments (good or bad) or recommendations (please give reason/s) with regards to service, performance, and anything else they can think of? They will be greatly appreciated!!

Kathy, Try looking into Micro-tool, in Asby, MA. They make extremely rugged convection ovens, and have several installations in China and elsewhere overseas. They don't advertise like the "big guys" do, but their product is terific. I have been very happy with the performance of our unit over the past 9 months. The phone # is (978)386-0001. I'm suprise that you are not evaloating HELLER ovens ,It is the best ,relaible oven in the market for more than 5 years. They are using the same heater/blower technology from the same manufacturer for years... HELLER offers LIFE WARRENTY for the heater/blower system and they know why. MOTOROLA in ISRAEL done the evaloation 5 years ago , they visited the big names you mentioned and choose HELLER because it has the best temperature stability over time and acrose the oven ,with one temperature profile MOTOROLA running 200 different boards.( in 7 different ovens ) The market in ISRAEL is 80% HELLER and 20% for all the rest. best regards eyal dickerman

Check out the web site www.conceptronic.com I think you will see that the Conceptronic ovens are the best and most reliable over the long haul. Micron CMS has over thirty five of them and has stated that they were the most reliable and best vendor that they had over the last two years running. They have had the ovens for the last five years. Check them out and quit believing the hype that some oven vendors spew out about their own performance. Go through the motions and do a full engineering evaluation. It will be well worth the time.
