Pick & Place Equipment - Manual/Robotic | 16 January, 1998

I am looking to purchase a low cost manual P&P machine. I am interested in the equipment that has an X,Y table and an armrest for the operator. I don't want a computerized machine due to the (high) cost at this time. Does anyone have any experience with these types of units? Who manufactures them?
