Applying chipbonder adhesives with a stencil

I am looking for anyone out there that has had experience with stenciling with chipbonder adhesives. I need information on material and stencil design.

The firm who can help is K&J marketing their new KEPOCH stencil material is a (plastic) polyimide which is cut with a laser. It has exhibited superior release and excellent gasketing because it is not fabricated from steel. Word is that it is breaze to clean as well.

Go to the Stencil Design Guidelines page under the Technical Information section of the alphastencil.com web site. There is a whole page of adhesives printing guidelines. The info your are getting on plastic stencils is somewhat misleading, they perform no better than a polished laser cut stainless stencil and are more expensive. Any questions, let me know.
