Good day, or night to all, I'm new to the industry and I'm looking for some good source material to start my career in SMT. This forum is fantastic and your previous links are all very useful. However, if you don't mind re-iterating, can you please give some more suggestions on books or reference guides or Web sites for newcomers such as myself? Thanks in advance. It is the web site of Circuit Technology Center inc. The president of this company is Jeff Ferry who is an IPC member. They offer standards books as well as training, tools and supplies.I found them to be very offordable when it came to getting a rework and repair guide for SMT and through hole as well. They also have a free catalog of all there services. Depending on how fast and big you plan on jumping into the game I would sujest this to any one just starting in SMT's. Make sure you go to the book store on this smtnet forum it's right on your left hand side of this page. You will find it well informing and altho the price my seem high you will never get more for you buck. I hope this was of some help.......Jeff Sanchez
