Vision problems on Quad 4C | 16 October, 1998

Help required on vision verify on Quad 4C/Mk2. In component editor, vision verify is OK. When linked into program, the following message occurs: "Bad or missing component description" Machine locks up. Can we get around this? If so how?

Proper data in component editor should fix. | 19 October, 1998

Quad has opened event number #037508 in case you can not resolved the issue over the phone on the 24 hour toll free line. Field service is ready and waiting.
