Hello Is there anyone who can give me some information regarding yield from gluing 0603 Is there any other problems that you might have had.

Our spacing was .016" not allowing much slack for glue dots based on accuracy, repeatability, diameter, and height. We now use IPC spacing and our machines handle the job very well with high yields. We still keep the tighter spacing for top side stuff, though I know not why, while using the same spacing for 0402's on top only.
