vacant facility available for manufacturing -PLEASE READ! | 14 May, 1999

I am currently an employee of Cabeltron Systems in Ohio. Our manufacturing divisions have been outsourced to Celestica, strictly a business deal. No hard feelings there. Our building is located in Southern Ohio and will soon be vacant with 300 people losing their jobs. This a SMT/PTH facility with 123,000 square feet and an ESD production floor, cafeteria, 23'ceilng, 6000 amp electrical capacity, 6 50 ton a/c rooftop units,, 1 20 ton a/c for the cafeteria, 2 20 ton units for the shipping and receing docks. We are equipped 8 shipping door. Celestica has purchased all of our production equipment, but NOT the building and the people. If you or you know of anyone interested in this facility, please E-mail me or respond to this letter. We are a small town that is just trying to make ends meet without having to draw welfare or unemployment. I will be more than happy to get you the needed contacts for a plant tour. I am not a broker, only an employee here who is concerned aout the people losing their jobs. This is not an advertisement, this is a plea for help from our brothers and sisters in the manufacturing industry!
