High temp conductive material needed

High temp conductive material needed | 22 June, 1999

I am looking to apply 10-15m of a conductive material that will withstand 280C. Our product consists of an alumina substrate sputtered with NiCr (2000) and Copper (2000) and 15-60 m of electroplated copper (all metals patterned on the substrae). In the past, we have electroplated high-temp solder. For our latest application, we have our metal patterns on alumina (400m in diameter). These patterns are electrically isolated withing another circular pattern, so electroplating cannot work. We need to bond these "island patterns" with others just like it. Ideally, we could bond at 300C. If anyone has any ideas, please drop me a message. Thanks
