I think proper shelf life control of solder paste is more effective and less expensive than viscosity measurement taking and SPC charting. If you must try Malcom.

Is it depending from fine pitch size? | Thanks a lot. | g. d'andrea | The last place I worked used a viscosity meter, funny how little was rejected and how much more had problems. Buy only enough to keep you stocked for less than a month, follow the vendor's recommendations (all of them) and keep an eye on the print characteristics over the day and you'll be fine. Report anything "funny" to the vendor and they'll help you. Don't try to streach your paste out, tossing $10 worth of paste is cheap compared to the alternative...
