Odd Form Placement

We currently have a single SMT line consisting of a Sanyo chipshooter in line with a Siplace 80F4 and we are soon going to install a odd form placement machine (probably JOT) into this line prior to the oven. This means going to intrusive reflow, which is new to us and we are about to do some trials with DEK on our boards, but I would like to hear from anyone who has had any experience of adding an odd-form machine into an already exsiting SMT line. How did it affect the line efficiency? How did it affect changeover times - we have to changeover about 2-4 times a day. How did the SMT operators adapt to the machines? Any information at all would be gratefully recieved. Angie Vale, Manufacturing Engineer, Schlumberger RMS
