Solder Paste Inspection | 5 August, 1999

Hello,

I am currently looking for a solder paste height inspection system (preferably one that will go in-line).

Can anyone reccommend any?

Thanks Steve

All six lines with DEK printers coupled to SVS solder paste inspection systems and QCCALC software. Nearly a money well spent dream come true - at least for BGA and ultra fine pitch devices.

I'll keep you posted.

Hope this helps,

I have used the cybersentry, and it is easy to program, goes in line, allows multiple types of sampling of boards, and operators generally like it. It allows you to look at every board, a specific sample size (like every 5th), or to set up multiple scripts so you can sample the boards, and eventually wind up checking every pad on the board when the sample is finished.
