We are currently quoting several vendors on the through hole portion of a new mixed technology production line. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find much information about NEA's cabaility, quality, or service. Any comments or references would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

I have known the guys there for many years. Although they have had thier ups and downs they are probably the most consistant refurbishers out there. I think you can feel comfortable you are going to get what you pay for. One thing to remember with all refurbishers they generally offer different levels of service for different prices. Make sure you fully understand what you are getting for your money and don't take anything on a hand shake from an equipment reseller.

Good Luck

Doug

I've bought about 8 or 9 pieces from them in the past 5 years. They do an excellent job with the refurb of the equipment. They also helped tremendously with tech support. As a matter of fact, I am in the middle of a deal on a piece with them right now.
