Is it possible to place 0402 components with a Fuji CP2? How about a CP4? What are the suggestions for 0402 machine placement?

Any help would be appreciated.

| Try Amistar's Model 7100, PPH of about 18,000 and the best part..little set-up time, little programming effort and a pass through system.

According to the latest Fuji America S.M.T. Report I have, 0402 (1005) components can be placed with both the CP2 and CP4. The CP3, however, requires a special nozzle, feeder and firmware. You would need to use a .7 mm O.D. nozzle and a minimum 12 mm backlight disk. You may also want to reduce the Cam speed a little even though Fuji says it can be run at 100% for this type of part. Other than that, you shouldn't have any problems other than possibly a hard time seeing the little buggers. Good Luck!
