De-panel

Looking for a manual machine to de-panel with the panels held by 60mm tabs. Each panel hold multi-boards consisting of different shapes and sizes. Scoring is apparently not an option and volume does not dictate a large scale machine.

Scoring is apparently not an option and volume does not dictate a large scale machine. | Try CAB Technology 978-392-3459 They have a pneumatic tab cutter Also I have used a Greenard press with special tooling to punch out tabs. This worked well for low volume.

Depanel dies average around 12K (not including the cost of the equipment)
