pay scale depends on experience, size of the job market for operators, dont mean to burst your bubble but training is available for anyone who wants to be an operator. By the way if your from the Mass. area email me.

The one who setup the machines, calibrated, fixed, optimized, programmed,troubleshooted were paid the highest wages. At which end do you see yourself?
