What is TCP | 11 October, 1999

Do anyone know what is TCP. I was told it is tape carrier package but have found nothing relating to this. Could someone please explain the whole tecnology and point to site relating to this so that i can understand more on this.

I would start at Intel's website. Do a search for tape carrier package. They have some very good information you can download that will give you a good understanding of this technology.
