Vitronics XPM820 Alarm - Power Failure | 12 January, 2018

Hello

We have a Vitronics XPM820 that has us stumped. We have replaced both power supplies (G1 and G2) and we still cannot clear this alarm. The A1 board has all 4 leds light for proper voltages. We have verified that we are getting the correct voltages in and out. We are getting communication to the controller. The alarm says "Power Failure". We try to reset the alarm and it just comes right back. Any help would be appreciated.

Vitronics XPM820 Alarm - Power Failure | 12 January, 2018

I don't know this exact oven, but usually it goes like that: First is a three phase power, then it is a contactor that is switching the power for the heaters and fans. than there are transformers for lower voltages. then there might be UPS system in place. Measure voltages on the input 3 phase circuit, than before the contactor, check voltages before and after UPS and see where exactly it fails.

Did you check each leg alone to ensure you have proper incoming voltage to the machine on each individual line? any other 3 phase issues in the building? do you have a UPS for pc and conveyor purposes? is that failing?
