So we are looking to automate a factory. We already have SMT assembly using robotic assembly line. Can anyone suggest or connect me to someone with technical expertise to implement this complete solution?

We want to automate and also enhance the entire system, making use of Industrial IoT

You could talk to someone like Zebra labels about traceability using all the latest buzzword technology like IoT, RFID, NFC etc. Traceability will underpin many automated tasks, several elements of your SMT line can also dispense/read labels so you could talk to those vendors too.
