Flux drop on surface of PCB | 20 September, 2017

Dear, Now we have some problems related to flux inside Reflow oven (Tamura oven, 7 zones). Flux drop on PCB so much. It has 2 kind of flux: wet and dry. We did maintenance cleanly reflow oven but it still happen. We are planning to test new setting of temperature by reduce temp' at pre-heat zones. More details please see in attached file.

If you have any experience about this matter, please let me know. Thank so much!

Check your exhaust points and cooling zones. Cooling zones should have filters that need to be cleaned and it is most probably where your problem comes from. In front(if you have two exhaust pipes) you might need a filter change as well.
