Hi!

My company is considering to purchase reflow oven. Specifications : 10Zone Air Reflow, N2 Ready.

What type of items should I consider? 1. Cooling Zone? 2. Length? 3. Power Ratings 4. Flux Trap

Probably to late for ya, but: -Center support -mesh belt and conveyor (have the mesh is nice for 1st side runs to keep the board flat. -N2 capable, in case you need it -on board profiling -smema if needed -board drop detect (sensor at input and exit) -board size capabilities -ups or manual method to get boards out should you have a power fail -and yes as you noted a controlled cooling zone/s is nice

Auto chain oiling is a must have feature in my opinion.

You can't have too many heating zones! More zones allows more finesse in your profiles.

When running a recipe can you view and edit other recipes? Or can you only look at the settings of the recipe being run?
