RAM Modules troublshooting

hello there : Does anyone know the techniques used for troublshooting or repairing the computer RAM modules (DIMM,s). We have a little equipment called simCHECK and it is not always able to locate the problem or the defective part. Do the DIMM designers have special equipment or technique for this? By the way,we produce around 7000 piece per month just to give you an idea of the feasibilty of having a solution. please tell me whom to ask if the smtnet is not the right place. thank you.
