The 2000 Top Line catalog list about 10 types of flip chips and are available daisy chained. 714/898-3830 Practical components also lists several 714/899-8309 They both have test boards as well. John Thorup

Try Flip Chip Technologys. They have several daisy chain flip chips. One is called FP250. .250 X .250 solder bumped flip chip. Try Technet too. Remember seeing several other manufactures of daisy chain die. Maybe Unitive at www.unitive.com can help too. They bump wafers.
