I have a problem with some particle, dust and solder paste contaminate on PCB rack and need to clean up once a week by manual. Now looking for the equipment to do Inline cleaning with water jet & Hot air Dry concept. Not too big machine and concept like automatic car washing. If any one have other solution please help to share

I have never heard of anything like that. If their was something like that it would be in the tens of thoudands of dollors. I would look at the souce of the contamination and use the money to fix that.

Hello Nicky!

I do not know of an in-line cleaning solution, however I would take a look into the NIX America Magazine Cleaning Solution.

It is a batch process unit that somewhat resembles a large drying and washing machine combo.

I saw one at IPC APEX a few years ago. That might be a great place to start. Best of luck!

Hi Nicky,

Some of our Magazine racks can be dissasembled and break down flat. In theory they would then fit in a screen cleaner.
