Solder Pot Volume Filler | 3 March, 2017

Just about to set up a lead free solder pot exchange system for my Electrovert.

Wondering if anyone has had success using say large ball bearings or materials which will sit inertly in the bottom to occupy space and reduce the alloy required without any risk of contamination or interference in the system.
