Cleaning PCB After Soldering - How?

Depends on what kind of flux is in that solder that you're using.

If it's water soluble, you can use hot water to wash it. The preference is >150º de-ionized water, however, if you're doing hobby work at home, regular hot water will be fine. Just be sure to allow the water to dry sufficiently before powering up the board.

You can also use IPA or a custom flux cleaning solvent available online.

If you're using no-clean flux, then it is, generally, not necessary to clean the boards. No-clean fluxes leave a residue, but, it is genearlly a non-reactive, non-ionic residue.

No-clean fluxes can be cleaned with solvents. You'll want a flux cleaner designed for cleaning no-clean flux.
